Ringostat integration & automation

IP telephony with ready CRM connections and call alerts at the exact moment you need them

Ringostat is the telephony layer behind the call: it dials with one click straight from the client's card, records the conversation, and notifies about a call event at the right moment — before the call, after it, or the instant it's answered. We connect it to the CRM you already run wherever a ready link exists, and build the missing bridge through the open interface where it doesn't.

What we connect

  • Dial with one click straight from the client's card — the system calls both numbers itself and connects them, so a manager never dials by hand.
  • Every finished call has a recording that opens straight from the call log.
  • Call statistics with filters by date and phone number, ready to export into a report or another system.
  • A notification at exactly the right moment of a call — before it starts, right after it ends, after the client rates the conversation, when it's answered, or when it's forwarded to another employee.
  • The client's advertising source, call recordings, call statistics and per-employee numbers all land directly in the CRM you already run.
  • Ready connections already exist with Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, KeyCRM and SalesDrive — we switch these on instead of building from scratch.
  • Inside KeyCRM specifically, a manager sees the call type and listens to the recording right in the call history section, without leaving KeyCRM.
  • Every call your site or an ad campaign generates can be traced back to the exact channel that brought it, right inside Google Analytics 4.

Automation scenarios

01

A manager calls a lead from the deal card

Before the manager dials the number by hand through a separate phone app.

After the call starts with one click straight from the card, and the system connects both numbers itself.

02

A call needs to be checked later

Before the recording has to be found somewhere in the phone app, which not everyone can access.

After the recording opens straight from the call log inside the CRM the manager already uses.

03

An ad campaign brings in a call

Before nobody can say for sure which channel brought the call.

After the call event lands in Google Analytics 4 tied to the exact source.

04

The CRM is already on the ready-connections list

Before telephony and CRM stay two separate worlds someone has to bridge by hand.

After if it's Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, KeyCRM or SalesDrive, the ready connection just gets switched on.

05

A team lead needs a report on last week's calls

Before data on every call is collected by hand from different places.

After statistics with filters by date and number export in a single pull.

How it works technically

For those who want to check: each point links to the official documentation page it comes from.

  • Access to the Ringostat API goes through the address api.ringostat.net, using a unique Auth-key from Settings → Integrations → Ringostat API.

  • Click-to-call is a dedicated API method — a request to /callback/outward_call starts a call between two numbers, for example from a client's card in the CRM.

  • Call statistics and recordings can be exported through the /calls/list method in JSON or CSV format; the export fields include a separate 'recording' field with a link to the recording.

  • A webhook about an incoming call can be sent at 5 different moments: before the call, after the call, after the rating menu, when the call is answered, or when it's forwarded to another employee.

  • The CRM integration transmits the client's advertising source, call statistics, call recordings, and per-employee statistics.

  • Ringostat's call tracking sends every visitor call (manually dialled or through the Callback form) to Google Analytics 4 as an event.

Limits

A single webhook message to a CRM can carry no more than 40 parameters of a call event — for very custom tasks, an extra request is sometimes needed to fetch the rest of the data.

How to start

Three steps from a first message to work on your project.

  1. 01

    Leave a request

Describe the task in the form — in text or by voice. Budget and timing are optional.

  2. 02

    We review and estimate

A developer studies the brief, asks about anything unclear and sends an estimate.

  3. 03

    We start

Once scope and price are agreed, the work begins.

Questions

Do we need to build the click-to-call button from scratch?
No — it's already a ready action, we just wire a button to it.
Can Ringostat send absolutely every call detail to a CRM in one message?
Mostly yes, but one message is capped at 40 parameters — for very custom tasks we sometimes need an extra request to fetch the rest.
Does Ringostat already work with Bitrix24?
Not currently — Bitrix24 isn't on Ringostat's own list of ready connections. We connect it through the system's open interface instead, the same way we would for any other CRM without a ready module.
Will the phone system show which ad brought the call?
Yes — call tracking sends every call to Google Analytics 4 as an event tied to the exact source.
