Move from 1С/BAS to ISpro without retyping: we export and clean reference lists and balances and prepare them for ISpro's own import

Many companies want to leave 1С/BAS: it is on the official prohibited software list. ISpro is a Ukrainian system from Intelekt-Servis, made of linked modules for the ledger, stock, payroll, HR and payments. The vendor does not describe a separate tool for 1С/BAS databases. Instead, ISpro has a universal import in which the structure and formats are set up for the source, a module for opening balances, and a vendor implementation that can go one accounting area at a time. We export reference lists and balances from your 1С/BAS, clean them and prepare them in the agreed format for ISpro's import, while your accountant keeps working. What we move

1С/BAS → ISproThe counterparty reference list with registration codes and bank details is exported from 1С/BAS, cleaned of duplicates and prepared for ISpro's universal import.
1С/BAS → ISproAccount balances on the switch-over date are exported from 1С/BAS and prepared for ISpro's opening balance module, by synthetic and analytical accounts.
1С/BAS → ISproStock items with quantities by warehouse on the same date are prepared as opening balances for the ISpro warehouse module.
1С/BAS → ISproThe staff list from 1С/BAS is carried over as a reference list, so the payroll and HR modules start with the same people.
1С/BAS → ISproUnpaid customer invoices and debts to suppliers on the switch-over date move as open balances by counterparty, so nobody loses track of who owes whom.

How the move goes

Together with your accountant and the vendor's implementation team we agree the switch-over date, the order of accounting areas and which data moves to ISpro and which stays only in the 1С/BAS archive.
We agree the file format for each reference list and balance, matching the structure set up in ISpro's universal import.
We export reference lists and balances from 1С/BAS on the switch-over date and clean them: merge duplicate counterparties and items, fix registration codes and units.
The prepared data goes into ISpro area by area — reference lists, ledger balances, stock, payroll — and each area is checked before the next one.
During the trial period accounting runs in parallel in ISpro and in 1С/BAS, so payments and shipments do not stop.
We reconcile the balances in ISpro against 1С/BAS on the same date together with your accountant; every difference is explained before 1С/BAS goes to the archive.

Automation scenarios

Balances typed in from paper

Before the accountant prints the balances from 1С/BAS and types them into the new system by hand, with typos in amounts and codes.

After reference lists and balances are exported, cleaned and prepared in the agreed format, loaded through ISpro's import, and the accountant only checks them.

Everything at once or nothing

Before the move is postponed because switching the whole company in one day looks too risky.

After ISpro is switched on one accounting area at a time, and each area is reconciled before the next one moves.

One supplier, three cards

Before in 1С/BAS the same supplier exists under three names, and the debt to him is split.

After duplicates are merged before the move, and in ISpro the supplier has one card with the whole debt.

BAS products are on Ukraine's official list of prohibited software (Cabinet resolution №1335 of 22.10.2025, based on Presidential Decree №601/2024 of 02.09.2024). The direct ban applies to the state sector, critical infrastructure and systems processing state information resources.

Limits

The limits come from both systems. ISpro has no official tool that opens a 1С/BAS database directly, so there is no one-click move: data goes through ISpro's universal import in formats agreed in advance, and the import structure is set up for each reference list. Which lists and balances move, and in what order, we agree with you and with the vendor's implementation team at the start; we do not promise that documents from past periods will appear in ISpro. The vendor describes a trial period in which accounting runs in parallel in both systems, and in a peer-to-peer network without a server ISpro allows no more than four workstations. 1С/BAS is on the official prohibited software list: we do not take projects for state bodies, critical infrastructure or systems with state data, and with private businesses we discuss the risk openly.

Questions

Is it legal to stay on 1С/BAS?

1С/BAS is on the official prohibited software list. The direct ban covers the state sector, critical infrastructure and systems with state data. For a private business it is formally allowed but considered a risk — check with your lawyer.

Is there a ready tool to move a 1С/BAS database into ISpro?

The vendor does not describe a tool made for 1С/BAS. ISpro has a universal import for data from other systems, where the structure and formats are set up by the user, so we export reference lists and balances from 1С/BAS and prepare them in the agreed format.

Will work stop during the move?

No. ISpro can be switched on one accounting area at a time, and during the trial period accounting runs in parallel in ISpro and 1С/BAS until the reconciliation shows the same figures.

What happens to the history and the archive?

ISpro starts from opening balances, so documents from past periods stay in 1С/BAS. Its full database is kept as an archive, so an old document can still be found for an audit or a dispute.
