Acts and invoices leave 1С/BAS for signing in Вчасно on their own, and the signed originals come back into the books
A familiar picture in Ukrainian accounting: a document is prepared in 1С/BAS, then created again by hand in Вчасно, sent to the counterparty, signed, downloaded and filed. Every step costs hands and time, and the “signed” status reaches the books late. The 1С/BAS ↔ Вчасно pair removes the double entry: a document leaves 1С/BAS for Вчасно already filled in, the counterparty's signature and comments come back to 1С/BAS, and the original is attached to the document.
